Residence and campus services
Living on-campus at Laurentian is safe, convenient, and fun. Seven residences offer different types of living arrangements and floor layouts. Choose from dorms, shared or single rooms, and apartments. Residences offer:
- free Internet and wireless network connections
- access to common areas, TV rooms, study lounges, computer labs
- kitchen and laundry facilities
- games rooms, video rentals, vending machines, ATM, convenience store, snack bar
- health services, exercise rooms, basketball, tennis courts

Off campus housing
For those who prefer living off campus, Laurentian has an off-campus housing office to assist you. Apartments are affordable in the area. An average one-bedroom apartment costs about $675 and a two-bedroom is about $800 per month.
The campus is less than a 10-minute drive from downtown. For all full-time students, tuition fees include a Greater Sudbury Transit pass, giving unlimited bus access for the academic year.
